Harriet Grant met Irve Lewis "Scooter" Libby while he was a partner and she an associate in the same law firm. They later married. Harriet is currently a lawyer. Scooter is a former lawyer and advisor to Vice President Dick Cheney. He was disbarred in 2007. The two have a son and a daughter.
