Edwinna and Jamey

Edwinna and Jamey have been married for 14 years (1997) and met at North Central Bible College. They have served together in ministry for 15 years. Edwinna is a associate dean at a university and Jamey is a pastor. They do a lot of speaking together on racial reconciliation and multi-ethic understanding.

Drew and Leslie met in Chicago where Leslie was the manager of the restaurant where Drew also worked. After several months of being "just friends," Drew finally got smart and they started dating.  Three years later they wed in Jamaica surrounded by family and friends.  They traveled back Jamaica in late November of 2011 to celebrate their 10th anniversary, also surrounded by family and friends.  They recently moved back to the USA after a 2 year stay in South America to settle in the Philadelphia area.  They have two dogs and love to travel and are lucky enough to work together from home enjoying each others company 24/7!

TV: Dr. Naomi Bennett and Dr. Gabriel Fife

Dr. Naomi Bennett (played by Audra MacDonald) meets Dr. Gabriel Fife (played by Michael Patrick Thornton) by bumping heads over a procedure.  Naomi is an ob/gyn and Gabriel is a genetic specialist and the two disagree over a couple of patients. Soon they aren't bumping heads, but lips. There are some ups and downs, especially when Naomi has some issues with her job and her daughter.  That doesn't stop her from running after something that was going right.


This couple no longer on Private Practice, on ABC, as the two moved to New York at the end of Season Four.

Jon and Danette Buck

Jonathan David Buck married Danette Jackson in 2007. Jonathan is better known as Jon B, an R&B singer and songwriter. According to Wikipedia, Jon describes Danette by saying,  "She's not in the music industry. She's just a regular girl. It's cool because she's old-fashioned. I love her." The two have a daughter, Azure Luna.

Francie and Brian met at a poetry slam in 1998 and married in 2002. He's a roofer with deep New England roots; she's a journalist and daughter of Haitian immigrants. Sharon Evans and Rick Rogers met in the 1990s and later got married. Sharon is a jazz vocalist and Rick is a singer and impressionist. Together they are a vaudeville team who perform musical comedy/song and dance.
