I am currently in an interracial relationship. I'm black and he's white. I'm trying not to let the staring and negative comments get to me that still exist even in the year 2011 which is sad, but it does bother me because I do have feelings. It's nice to see that we can love each other as human and spiritual beings regardless of our skin color. I'd clicked with my boyfriend immediately like we knew each other before. Thanks for posting these beautiful pictures of people who love each other.
My sister God has no problem with your relationship. Let those negatives that come your way give you more reason to love each other. If negatives could, they will try to separate you two and put this pressure on your relationship. And please no quilt because of your choice in a suitable mate. There is nothing wrong with you and I am not mad at you. In fact I'm happy for you because you have someone to love and get love in return.Interracial the colors of love:))
I encourage you to think that maybe these people are like me, thinking how nice to see women with melanin loved by other races. It's a beautiful especially in a time when you hear so much negative things about women of color not getting married. I am happily married to a black man, but I have two daughters and sometimes I wonder what they have in store for them when I foolishly pay attention to the media.
